Scheduling a water delivery is a fairly basic procedure.  An Aqua Blue Water customer service representative will telephone you one working day prior to your scheduled delivery day to confirm your water delivery. If for any reason, we are unable to contact you and a water delivery is required it is your responsibility to call us before your delivery day to place an order. Water will be delivered on your delivery day only if it has been ordered. If you prefer to receive your deliveries automatically, please speak with your customer service representative or driver. While you are never obligated to take a delivery, a minimum of 3 bottles is required to receive a delivery.

If your schedule is on a monthly basis, your water will be automatically delivered. If you wish to cancel delivery or request additional water or other products, please call our customer service department or leave a message on our after hours voice mail.

Bottle Deposits
There is a $10.00 refundable deposit for each 18.9l bottle and a $12.00 refundable deposit for each 11.3l bottle. On your initial delivery, we will deliver a minimum of 4 bottles to you at which time your deposit is required. The bottle deposits carry over to your new bottles as we deliver water to you and pick up an equivalent number of empties. The bottle deposits are refundable to you if you decide to cancel, provided the terms and conditions of your agreement are met.
